About The Role

The Executive – Operations Excellence will support continuous improvement initiatives across Ugaoo's manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and supply chain operations. The role focuses on improving productivity, conducting process studies, implementing Lean and Kaizen practices, and assisting in operational excellence projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering with hands-on exposure to Time & Motion Study, process improvement, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct Time & Motion Studies to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across operations.
- Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify process inefficiencies.
- Assist in process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization of operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower utilization studies.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to monitor process performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams to execute improvement projects.
- Participate in waste reduction, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.




- Assist in implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Hands-on exposure to Time & Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and productivity improvement techniques.
- Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, food processing, or supply chain-driven organizations is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, drive improvements, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
