Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend architecture, frontend development, production deployments, scalable system design, and troubleshooting production issues. The role requires someone who can design end-to-end solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.

Architect and develop robust backend services and responsive frontend applications.

Build secure, scalable, and maintainable RESTful APIs.

Design backend architecture and scalable system solutions for enterprise applications.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).





Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Ensure application security, performance, and code quality.

Required Skills

4–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.

Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Experience in designing scalable backend architecture and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience in scalable system design and backend design principles.

Strong experience handling complex technical scenarios and production-level troubleshooting.

Experience with deployment strategies and production release management.

Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs.

Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
