Qualification : BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering, or related discipline

Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Support and independently lead technical conversations — presenting Neilsoft's products, platforms, and engineering technology solutions to client stakeholders
- Participate in client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution walkthroughs
- Contribute to RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
- Demonstrate Neilsoft's software portfolio through structured demos and proof-of-concept presentations

Solution Design & Architecture

- Design practical, scalable solution architectures for client engagements across AEC industrial domains
- Develop solution blueprints, effort estimates, and technical scope documents for presales proposals




- Align proposed solutions with Neilsoft's reusable IPs/Frameworks, product capabilities, and delivery standards
- Evaluate client technology environments and recommend integration approaches, etc.

Required Qualifications

- BTech/MTech in Civil or related discipline
- 12–14 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CAx technology, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), integration patterns, etc.
- Exposure to engineering technology domains — AEC, or Industrial software — preferred
- Valuable communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with client technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally to USA/Canada/APAC on occasion
