Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience with integration techniques and API management within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in customizing SaaS solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and integration.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for packaged applications.
