We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee operations in our Chandigarh & Patiala locations. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in a managerial role, with a strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow during assigned shifts.
- Manage team performance and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team performance and operational challenges.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a qualified manner.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manage labor costs effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
