We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and manage relationships with potential candidates.




- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
