We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive/Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies that align with business objectives.




- Analyze supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
