Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, finance, and human resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff performance, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other hospital directors to achieve organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in facility management or a related field (healthcare industry preferred).
- MBBS degree from an Indian institute of repute; postgraduate qualification in any specialty (MD/MS) desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale facilities or hospitals as Unit Head/COO/Facility Director/Hospital Director.
