- Lead and oversee the overall accounting function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
- Review and oversee the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Group and its subsidiary entities in compliance with Ind AS.
- Manage and coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure timely completion and resolution of audit matters.
- Perform and review the annual impairment assessment of goodwill and other intangible assets in accordance with Ind AS 38.
- Oversee quarterly and annual foreign exchange (forex) restatement of import payables, ensuring compliance with Ind AS requirements.
- Review and supervise accounting and reporting for leases under Ind AS 116, including lease accounting workings and disclosures.
- Lead the Accounts Payable (AP) function, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the capitalization of internal IT development costs, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely month-end financial close and reporting.
- Provide accounting solutions and guidance on complex accounting matters.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid technical knowledge of Ind AS, including consolidation, impairment (Ind AS 38), and leases (Ind AS 116).
- Proven experience managing statutory audits and liaising with external auditors.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required; CPA or equivalent will also be considered.
- 10–12 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit, preferably including experience in a Big 4 audit firm and/or a large corporate finance function.
- Demonstrated experience with Ind AS-based financial statement preparation and consolidation for a group of companies.
- Prior experience managing or supervising an Accounts Payable function is preferred.
