About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Supply Planning & Inventory Controls to drive end-to-end supply planning across procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and distribution. The role is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing service levels, inventory, and costs across retail, e-commerce, D2C, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Develop production plans and schedules aligned with business demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Own inventory planning across Raw Materials (RM), WIP, and Finished Goods (FG), ensuring optimum stock levels.
- Manage inventory deployment and replenishment across Distribution Centres (DCs) and business channels.
- Participate in the S&OP; process to align demand, supply, and production plans.
- Monitor key planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory DOH, and Service Levels.
- Identify supply risks and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive process improvements through ERP systems, automation, dashboards,



and data-driven reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

What We're Looking For

- 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Management.
- Minimum 3–4 years in a managerial or lead planning role.
- Mandatory experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
- Solid exposure to omnichannel planning across Retail, E-commerce, D2C, and Distribution.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP;, Inventory Planning, DRP, and Distribution Planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Personal Care, or other high-SKU businesses with experience managing complex, multi-channel supply chains will be preferred.
