Role Overview

We're looking for a Graphic + Motion Designer who pairs strong visual craft with movement. You'll bring Ithi's earthy, cinematic, tactile world to life — across brand visuals, graphics, and motion. Someone who understands colour, form, texture, and shape as fundamentals, and knows how to make them move with intention and soul.

Key Responsibilities

- Design graphics, brand assets, and visual content rooted in Ithi's aesthetic.
- Create motion pieces — animations, transitions,



and micro-interactions.
- Apply brand elements like sacred geometry, film textures, and handcrafted type.
- Collaborate with the branding and creative teams to keep a consistent visual voice.

Most Important Skills

- Robust visual craft: colour, form, texture, shape, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Motion skills in After Effects;

working knowledge of Premiere Pro.

- A strong portfolio showing both graphic design and motion work.

Nice to Have

- 3D or advanced motion-graphics skills (a plus, not required).
- An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and artistic collaboration.
