Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Walmart International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior international BPO voice experience, and a customer-first approach to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for the Walmart process.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and general account support.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

- Versant Level: C1 US Voice
