Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute insurance sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth across insurance products
- Manage and mentor sales teams
- Build relationships with insurance partners and customers
- Track sales performance and achieve business targets
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Insurance Sales/Business Development
- Proven experience in team management and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
