Job Description Details: 1) Role and Responsibilities : a) Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of server,desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc. and facilitate in trouble shooting of server or network related issues in coordination of core team / principle vendors at inhouse as well as various remote location. b) Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. c) Assembling computers and Maintaining company peripheral desktop and network devices regularly, including printers and scanners d) Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings e) Ensuring functionality of desktop systems throughout departments through frequent evaluations and routine maintenance. f) Planning and executing routine repairs and system upgrades g) Making use of helpdesk systems to prioritize work-load and updating queries and calls h) Installed and configured various applications Software’s Like Linux,



MS Office 2013, 2016, O365/XP, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer. i) Regular Back up of data on site. j) Windows server knowledge base: Hyper-V, AD, File Server, WSUS, Domain. k) Firewall Knowledge base: Firewall user right, Firewall Rules, VPN Configuration. l) Windows server and Desktop patch update testing. Expertise Area / Key Skills Required :- Valuable communication skills used to support various technical issues and server operation queries, Should have worked on Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Other standard software’s, to take initiative, Efficient problem solving and multi-tasking abilities, Additional Technical windows base certification will be preferable Key words for Search : Server Support, System Engineer
