The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to customer requirements, quality standards, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** + Lead quality processes for new product introduction, validation, and manufacturing readiness + Ensure alignment with customer-specific requirements and quality standards + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction + Capture and translate customer requirements into actionable quality processes + Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers + Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D and Six Sigma + Oversee FAI, PPAP, PSW, and other product approval processes before production release + Conduct audits and quality assessments and implement necessary improvements + Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operations + Support and guide team members to achieve quality objectives + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements + Take ownership to prevent defects and protect customer quality **Candidate Desired Profiles:** Education + Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Experience + 13+ years in Production / Plant Quality Skills & Expertise + Strong knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP + Knowledge of standards like IATF 16949, ISO 9001,
