you will be required to communicate with the development team in France and report defined KPIs to the project sponsor. You will operate in alignment with the local engineering manager and in close collaboration with the local electronic control unit development teams working in system, electronics, software and hardware engineering. You will define and set up technical, organizational and financial solutions to meet the defined targets. In this role, you will be accountable during tender phase for the effort estimation and project planning or/and will manage the development schedule to ensure OTD, cost control, quality and adherence to applicable standards and regulations. Job description : - Collect product and system requirements from project stakeholders - Ensure quality of customer product specifications and will be responsible to create and maintain coherent Work Breakdown Structures - Release effort estimation and associated planning after review with the team - Manage electronic control unit development team schedule to ensure on time deliveries to the internal customer - Manage technical requirements relevant to the project scope and be responsible to track technical changes requests - Support, assess and review technical decisions - Manage communication among the different disciplines (mechanical, software, FPGA, ...) within the project - Resolve schedule conflict and develop technical solutions with inputs from multi domain functional teams,



ensuring high levels of quality of technical deliverables - Support the production process according to the defined standards - Report agreed and clear KPIs to customer, sponsors and the local organization - Propose measures in case of deviation and plan risk mitigation - Plan, track and validate outsourced workpackages - Conduct issue analysis and propose lessons learnt - Take part and report activity during periodic Project Team Meetings - Update and track resource planning with resource managers **Candidate skills & requirements** Should have a higher education background specializing in electronics or embedded system science. Have experience greater than 5 years of Technical Project Management role and would like to upgrade to Project Management Should Have successful experience in systems definition (including requirement engineering and MBSE), PCB design, implementation, integration, verification and certification framework. Should have recognized qualification in project management and have ever managed system certification for critical computers (aeronautics, automotive, space or railway) Do you enjoy technology and innovation in the digital, systems, hardware, and/or software fields? You are rigorous, autonomous, and you are accustomed to and enjoy working within multidisciplinary teams with robust technical business skills in an international context.
