Job Description
- Handle procurement of machining components, steel & aluminium castings
- Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Oversee supply chain activities and manage inventory levels
- Identify and develop new vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
- Monitor market trends to optimise sourcing strategies
- Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in procurement for engineering and manufacturing, buying signals & import formalities
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes & inventory control
- Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance
- Confidence using procurement tools and IMS
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
