Role- Executive - Corporate Treasury Specialist
Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Finance Cost, Borrowing, Investments, Accounting, Budgeting &Control.;
2. Handling Audits
3. Inter-company loan (TCIL to Subsidiaries) - Documentation & Accounting, Accounting for loan given and related interest, Interest rate benchmarking
4. Governance Report - overseeing Fund flow reporting & handling bank and credit rating agency relationships.
5. To negotiate with banks on various products
6. To evaluate proposals for investing surplus funds
7. To manage and improve the cash flow
Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree/ CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M. Com
1. 4 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Finance Controllership
Experience in treasury operations, banking relationships, borrowings, and investments
Exposure to inter-company transactions and audit handling
