We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — for our platform.

Training & Growth Path:

? 15 days of structured classroom training + co-conduction

? 45 days on-the-job training with a target of ₹2,00,000

? On successful target achievement: ₹7 LPA fixed + ₹3 LPA variable = ₹10 LPA package

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists,



and influencers to generate business opportunities
- Present platform solutions and convert prospects into customers
- Close partnership deals with event organizers, including large-scale events
- Expand industry network and build relationships within the events & entertainment sector

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, client meetings, and negotiations
- Prior sales/BD experience preferred (freshers with strong drive can also apply)
