- Generate inquiries and drive sales for gearboxes and power transmission devices while building strong product and brand awareness across the assigned region
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive followup strategies to achieve brand switchovers and expand market share
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select effective media channels, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions
- Lead the design and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities (offline and online)
- Train and mentor representatives and service engineers, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering Group to support new product development and customerspecific customizations
- Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics
- Support Sales and Marketing with business cases,
product inputs, and servicerelated requirements
- Contribute to organizational growth through training initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical understanding of gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems
- Proven ability to interface with OEM customers and deliver business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and crossfunctional collaboration skills
