About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate transportation schedules and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing delivery routes to reduce transportation costs.
2. Assist in managing the full supply chain process, ensuring the timely movement of goods and materials. Monitor inventory levels and assist in order fulfillment to maintain smooth operations.
3. Support the procurement process by identifying suppliers, requesting quotes, and placing orders for materials and supplies. Work closely with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective procurement.
4. Oversee inventory control by tracking stock levels, performing regular audits, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records. Collaborate with the logistics team to manage stock replenishment and storage.
5. Handle the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and overseeing the timely processing of goods through international shipping channels.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and procurement activities. Ensure that all necessary documentation (e.g., purchase orders, shipping invoices, customs documents) is complete and accurate.
7.



Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
8. Build and maintain robust relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service delivery.
