Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.




- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in Quant/ tech/ Financial operations hiring.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
