About the job

Key Responsibilites:

1. Record and manage all university financial transactions, including revenue, expenditures, and fee collections.
2. Oversee student fee payments, monitor collections, and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
3. Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
4. Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
6. Conduct bank reconciliations regularly and monitor the institution's cash position.
7. Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial records and documentation.
8. Manage payroll records and facilitate timely salary processing for employees.
9. Develop departmental budgets and prepare financial projections and forecasts.
