About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chat, and emails in a skilled and timely manner.
2. Provide end-to-end support to customers regarding bookings, payments, policies, and services.
3. Carry out KYC verification and document checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Manage email and chat support, ensuring queries are resolved promptly with accurate information.
5. Conduct follow-ups with customers for pending documents, escalations, or post-service feedback.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (operations/sales) to resolve issues and provide seamless service.
7. Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or service desk preferred.
2. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
3. Ability to handle queries patiently with a customer-first attitude.
4. Familiarity with KYC processes and basic documentation checks.
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, CRM tools).
6.



Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
