About the job

Role & responsibilities

- Process and dispatch domestic and international print-on-demand orders daily, meeting the company's 24-hour ship SLA
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) for pickups, rate negotiation and service selectio
- Prepare and verify export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), shipping bills, e-way bills, and HSN / customs paperwor
- Generate and manage shipping labels across courier and marketplace portals and the company's fulfilment system / AP
- Track shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays, customs holds and delivery exceptions, and manage RTO / undelivered shipments and reshipment
- Reconcile courier invoices against booked shipments - flag weight discrepancies, surcharges and billing error
- Maintain shipment MIS - dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, courier-wise cost, and zone-wise performanc
- Coordinate with the warehouse / packing team on order readiness, packaging standards and dispatch priorit
- Handle customer and marketplace shipping queries, tracking updates and proof of delivery (POD
- Support Finance with shipping-bill / EDPMS data for export remittance closure,



and RODTEP / duty drawback where applicabl
- Ensure correct declared value, Incoterms and compliance for international parcel

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate; 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or export dispatch (e-commerce, courier or export-house background preferr
- Hands-on with international courier portals (DHL / FedEx / UPS) and domestic aggregators (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Blue Da
- Knowledge of export documentation, AWB, e-way bill, and basic customs / Incote
- Familiarity with marketplace / D2C order-fulfilment flows; comfortable with Excel and shipping softw
- Detail-oriented and rapid-paced, able to consistently meet daily dispatch cut-offs
