We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building scalable, customer-facing products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, people management experience, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product development in a product startup workplace.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving delivery and engineering excellence.- Own end-to-end product development from architecture to production.- Define technical strategy and scalable system architecture.- Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and performance best practices.- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.- Hire, mentor,



and grow engineering talent.- Contribute to architecture reviews and hands-on technical decisions.Required Skills:- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.- 2+ years of Engineering Management experience.- Strong Backend or Full Stack development background.- Expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, APIs, Databases, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Strong understanding of CI/CD, System Design, Security, Scalability, and Production Operations.- Experience working in Agile product engineering environments.- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.Mandatory Requirements:- Product-Based Startup experience is mandatory.- End-to-End Product Development experience.- 2+ years of Engineering Management experience.- Hands-on technical leadership with architecture and coding involvement.
