Job Description:- Should have 5 - 7 years of ABAP development experience. ABAP certification will be an added advantage.- Hands-on application development on SAP HANA, ECC and other systems.- Consistently achieves target dates for assigned tasks.- Experience in Classic / Interactive Reports, ALV, BDC, SAP Script/Smart forms, Dialog / Module programming is necessary for the position.- Detailed knowledge of ABAP dictionary objects like tables, table types, search helps, lock objects is mandatory.- Should have worked on 1 E2E Implementation project.- Exposure to Workflow, HR module, ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC, BADI.- Good communication and attitude.- Demonstrates the ability to independently gather business requirements, design technical solution and implement solution, either alone or by coordinating with other IT resources.- Besides technical knowledge, should have business knowledge in any one of the areas: SD, MM, FI.- Must understand the software development life cycle and be able to perform systems analysis and design activities in accordance with development methodology.Soft Skills :- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
