Role OverviewThe Client Relationship Specialist focuses on delivering highly personalized mentoring and oneon-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions, while alsosupporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.Key Responsibilities• Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals,strengths, and preferences.• Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and careeraspirations.• Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.• Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.• Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity,
