The ideal candidate will bring strong industry exposure combined with a genuine interest in mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver theoretical and practical training in Front Office Operations (reservations, guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, night audit, PMS systems) and Food & Beverage Service (table service, bar operations, banquet service, beverage knowledge, guest interaction)Plan and conduct engaging classroom sessions, lab/practical demonstrations, and skill-based workshopsDesign and evaluate assignments, projects,



and examinationsGuide students on industry certifications, internships, and placementsStay updated with evolving industry trends, technology, and service standards, and integrate them into the curriculumMentor students on grooming, soft skills, and qualified etiquette relevant to guest-facing rolesCoordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, site visits, and internship tie-upsMaintain lab/practical area standards and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocolsRequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality.Minimum 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in Front Office and/or F&B; Service (hotel or teaching experience preferred)Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantageStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsPassion for mentoring and developing young talentProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PMS/POS systems preferred
