Position Summary:

This position will enable us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our

organization’s rapid and sustainable growth by managing existing as well as new channel partners

and customers in the designated territory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research

- Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and recommending solution-based application

- Identify Market demand and competitor strategy at marketplace

- Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections

- Develop and appoint dealers and distributors to expand our reach in the market and mentoring the distributors sales force for effective functioning

Candidate Profile:

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)

- B. Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Experience





- Minimum - 7+ years in sales (Channel Management Experience Preferred)

Computer Skills

- Proficient in using MS Office

Communication & Language Proficiency

- Valuable command over English, Hindi & local language

Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role

- Excellent conversational and customer interaction skills

- Good Negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and action-oriented, desire to deliver results

- Good Negotiation skills

- Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills
