- Will be responsible for handling technical & commercial parameters in Service operations at Dhaka Metro Project.
- Should have positive communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills.
- Will be responsible for creating Safety awareness and ensure employees are working safely.
- Ensure Zero accident / incident.
- To conduct FPA and complete corrective actions within targeted completion date.




- Monitor how to reduce callbacks. work on top ten calls received.
- Monitor Callback/Service plan as per SLA requirement by customer.
- Submission of RRCA on each and every failure.
- Inspect or re-inspect to see progress of work. / Random Check for Quality.
- Manpower allotment day to day basis on callbacks received.
- Candidate should be Diploma/ B.Tech with relevant experience of 6 to 10 years. Out of which Should have minimum 2 to 4 yrs. relevant work experience in Metro Projects (elevator & escalators) Service.
- This Position will based out at Dhaka - Bangladesh
