Risk and Control Objective

Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction:
. Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring business operational requests/transactions completed are in adherence with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements.
. Responsible for providing feedback to Stakeholders in regard to trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Business Area.
. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for completing quality checks on the calls/cases completed by the frontline advisors
. The Quality Analyst will contribute to the development of QA capability by constructively challenging its on-going effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What will you be doing
. Benchmark the quality of contact centre calls and provide high quality and actionable feedback to management and colleagues.
. Provide recommendations and insight to ensure a first class quality custo mer experience is delivered.
. Drive performance by providing feedback to Operational Managers and individuals on performance against quality objectives and targets
. Recognise and promote role-model call quality results
What we're looking for:
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows - Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure seamless feedback delivery
. Broad understanding of QA concepts, methods & techniques
. Should be an out of box thinker who can contribute to Operations in terms of improving the Customer experience
. Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns
Skills that will help you in the role:
. Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
. Prior work experience in Customer Service and/Voice-based/ Back office organization preferred. Excellent track record during past work experience.¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬
. Knowledge of QA related risk and audits
. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking Domain
