Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.

- Provide area-specific forecasts and report project status.
- Revise estimates and implement required changes.
- Review, provide feedback and evaluate the performance of Estimators and Sr. Estimators.
- Analyze and interpret Structural drawings, working drawings and specifications.
- Analyze and interpret Structural drawings, working drawings and specifications.
- Follow up from estimation consultant for the RCC BOQ as per drawing received from structural consultant.
- Follow up from estimation consultant for the Finishing BOQ as per drawing received from architectural consultant
- Rate analysis should be done for required activity




- Comparison study with the other material replacement for cost saving of any activity
- WBS creation and addition to every project.
- Material requirement for each construction activity allotment as per estimated BOQ.
- BOQ cross checking in house before allotting material to any activity.
- Monthly review meeting or site progress meeting should be attained
- Project budget freezing and taking approval from his hierarchy for the same.
- Amendment for any material or service shall be study and marked in system to track in future also.
- Should understand the drawing, details and specifications of items for project and should be able to implement it.
- Should be able to understand the BOQ and Specifications of the project. All the work is to be carried out as per specifications, set quality standards
