Job Title: Restaurant Operation Manager

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring quality customer service, and supervising staff to ensure effective and effective operations.

Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B;) operation and ensures compliance with all F&B; policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of the customers daily. Maintains the operating budget and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.

Responsibilities:





- Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
- Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as
- handling complaints about food or service quality
- Reviewing financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
- Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions
- Reviewing menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met
- Managing the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without overstaffing during slow times
- Hiring and training new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently
- underperforming or disruptive
- Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant

Requirements:
- University Degree
- 10+ years' restaurant experience preferably in Indian cuisine
- English & Hindi
