Responsibilities-
Coordinate with external vendors for all agent level hiring in conjunction with managing the recruitment team as and when required.
Will be responsible for collecting all relevant documents from new joiners,
leading Salary negotiations and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Responsible for resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Handling café related investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and strong commitment to the profession.
Maintain MIS for the entire recruitment process.
