Job Title: Hardware & Network Technician

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Hardware & Network Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing hardware issues, configuring networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on computers and networking devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up current workstations, email accounts, and user access.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Install and manage CCTV systems (preferred).
- Manage inventory of IT assets, accessories, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware procurement.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and security compliance.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, network diagrams, and service records.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN networking.




- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Linux administration.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
- Familiarity with printers, biometric devices, and CCTV installation is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, N+, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in hardware and networking support.

- Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply.

Preferred Skills:- Experience with structured cabling and rack installation.

- Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
- Willingness to travel to different office/client locations if required.
