- ve admissions and enrollments for Amrit
- Kaur Artistry's Master Classes Program by identifying and converting prospective candidates.
- Lead institutional outreach initiatives through presentations, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and campus engagement activities to promote our training programs and career opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and increase program enrollments.
- Generate revenue by promoting our luxury beauty services, bridal makeup offerings, and professional Master Classes.
- Represent Amrit Kaur Artistry at networking events, beauty expos, educational seminars, exhibitions, and industry collaborations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, educational institutions,



and industry partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and training teams to execute campaigns, workshops, campus activations, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 5to 10 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in the beauty,
- luxury, fashion, lifestyle, education, or wedding industry will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from leading institutions such as Lakmé
- Academy, VLCC Institute, Toni & Guy Academy, BBlunt Academy, Pearl
- Academy, or other reputed beauty and education organizations will be given preference.
- Experience in educational institutions, professional training academies, or skill development organizations will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation, partnership development, and achieving business targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, relationship management, and business communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
