Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements
- Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely
Packaging & Order Fulfilment
- Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch
- Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners
Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize workstations regularly
- Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage)
- Support inventory checks and organize stock
- Requirements: Prior kitchen experience (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant) preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
