We are looking for a capable candidate who could assure 100% success to the following KRA,
1. Order Processing which includes order confirmation of Amazon Orders.
2. Resolving Issues of Customers
3. Maintain data for RTOs and Returns of any kind
4. Coordinate with warehouse team to dispatch replacement parts on time.
5. Provide weekly update on returns and claims.
6. Maintain healthy relationships with Account Managers.
7. Keep return rate under 5%.
8. Coordinate with Delivery partners to dispatch and deliver orders on time.
9. Making lists of baby stores to keep our products.
10. Make Catalogues as per client demands.
