✅ Explain product details (Paper Plate Machine, Areca Leaf Plate Machine, Dona Cup Machine) to customers
✅ Share quotations and basic product information
✅ Attend to walk-in customers and manage front office
✅ Provide support to the sales team
✅ Follow up on orders and maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
✅ Positive communication skills (Tamil, basic English)
✅ Telesales/customer service experience preferred (freshers also welcome)
✅ Basic computer knowledge, phone handling skills
