Balaji Rowt Private Limited (ROWT) is hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive direct sales of our PDW (Packaged Drinking Water) product range — PET preforms, caps, LD shrink film, jars and related packaging materials — through visits to bottling plants, packaging units and distributors in and around Guwahati.
What You'll Do:
• Visit packaged drinking water bottling plants, packaging units and distributors; follow up quotations through to closed orders
• Collect payments and follow up on repeat orders/reorders for your own accounts
• Build and grow dealer/distributor relationships in your territory
• Track visits, orders and collections daily
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ years' field sales experience, ideally with packaging materials, plastics, FMCG or industrial products
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (required)
• Solid local market knowledge and a target-driven mindset
• Comfortable with day-to-day travel within the territory
