- Daily monitoring of GeM and various Central/State Government tender portals for relevant opportunities relating to Industrial safety equipment's
- Screen tenders based on product suitability, eligibility criteria, tender value, location, competition and commercial viability.
- Maintain a daily tender tracker covering recent tenders, submission deadlines, EMD, tender status and action required.
- Share suitable tender opportunities with the Sales/Management team for decision-making.
- Prepare tender submission documents in accordance with tender requirements.
- Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate and submitted within the prescribed timeline.
- Maintain an organized database of commonly required tender documents for quick retrieval
- Coordinate with the company's GeM tender consultant for identification and participation in suitable GeM tenders.
- Share tender details, product information, technical documents and commercial inputs required for GeM bid submission.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before the closing date and time.
- Monitor tender opening, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, reverse auction and award status.
