The candidate should be disciplined, technically aware, and capable of handling labour teams independently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and labour work.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and site engineers.
- Maintain daily attendance and labour records.
- Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage.
- Monitor quality and safety at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports with site photos/videos.
- Handle basic measurements and billing coordination.
- Resolve labour issues and maintain discipline at site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness.
- Follow company SOPs and reporting systems.
