Job SummaryThe HVAC Project Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales of HVAC projects. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with design and project teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover from the sales team to the project execution team.

Key Responsibilities-

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC projects.
- Meet consultants, contractors, architects, developers, MEP consultants, and end users to promote HVAC products and solutions.
- Analyze project specifications, engineering drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and collect technical information.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams for accurate project submissions.
- Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project scope with customers.
- Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and project pipelines.
- Stay updated on HVAC technologies, market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.

Education & Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 2–8 years of experience in HVAC Project Sales, Estimation, or Business Development.




- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chillers, VRF/VRV, DX Systems, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation, and Ducting.
- Experience in handling project tenders, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals.
- Understanding of HVAC design principles and project execution processes will be an added advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC selection software is preferred.
