About ShipRydShipRyd is a quick-growing last-mile mobility and logistics company focused on providing reliable fleet solutions for delivery partners across India. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Hub Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fleet hub and ensure smooth execution of all hub activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete day-to-day operations of the hub.
- Ensure maximum fleet availability and keep vehicles operational on the road.
- Monitor vehicle allocation and maintain high fleet utilization.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and breakdown management.
- Track vehicle health and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time.
- Supervise hub staff, technicians, and support teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain records of fleet movement, servicing, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for deployment.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Monitor daily hub performance and prepare reports for Hub Manager and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs,



safety guidelines, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth business operations.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the hub team.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred (graduates or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or hub management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
