Parking Manager - (Male and Female both can apply)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Parking Manager to manage day-to-day parking operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 30–40 staff members.

- Handle client communication and resolve customer issues.

- Assist and support Park+ users.

- Maintain staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.

- Ensure smooth daily parking and valet operations.

- Prepare daily reports and maintain records in Excel.

- Respond to emails professionally.

- Take operational decisions and solve issues quickly.

- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.

- Follow company SOPs and ensure service quality.

- Basic knowledge of Stack parking

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in parking, valet, facility management, or operations.

- Valuable team management and leadership skills.

- Client handling and customer service experience.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, and MS Office.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

- Graduate preferred.
