Job Title: Architect

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential homes, preparing architectural drawings and working drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and site engineers, and ensuring smooth project execution from concept design to project completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Knowledge of residential building bye-laws, approvals,



and construction standards.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
- Experience in site visits and execution coordination.
- Robust understanding of residential construction materials and finishing works.
- Fluent Kannada speaking is mandatory.
