Designation: Field Recruiter

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand) + Travel Allowance + PF + ESI

Job Responsibilities

Recruit part-time delivery partners for the company.

Conduct field recruitment drives and source candidates from different locations.

Screen and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Build a strong pipeline of delivery partner candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience is mandatory.

Gender: Male candidates only.

Age: 25 to 35 years.

Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
