? Position: Project Executive (Electrical & Maintenance)

? Location: Chennai (Poonamalle, Kuthambakkam, Maduravoyal, Koyabedu, Mylapore, Tamabram, Perambur, Perunkudi, Chrompet, Pallavaram, OMR, Sholinganallur, Navallur, Iyyapanthangal)

? Education : BE/Diploma (EEE)

Roles & Responsibilities Project Executive

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Ensure 100% operational availability of critical assets (Material Handling Equipment, conveyors, DG sets, chillers, compressors).

Facility Management: Maintain warehouse infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Cost Management:



Identify opportunities to reduce repair and maintenance costs, ensuring cost-effective maintenance operations.

Safety and Compliance : Ensure the facility meets safety standards, including fire safety and overall maintenance hygiene.

Technical Troubleshooting: Support troubleshooting of packaging machinery using technical drawings and manuals.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare maintenance schedules, maintain inventory of spare parts, and submit daily MIS reports.
