Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of our machine shop. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process execution, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of components as per specifications.

- Key Responsibilities:Plan and monitor daily production activities in the machine shop
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and resources
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate manufacturing
- Oversee measurement and inspection of components using standard instruments
- Maintain product quality as per defined standards and customer requirements
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce rejection
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines
- Key Requirements:Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in machine shop operations (CNC/VMC/Turning/Milling)
- Solid knowledge of production planning and process control
- Valuable understanding of measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
